Can I book in advance?

The bike tour of Lake Annecy is one of the must-do's of our beautiful region. Electric bike rentals for 2 or 4 hours are only available in the store on the same day.

What to do in case of a flat tire or breakdown ?

Our bike rental packages do not include assistance. We advise you to call us and come back to our store in Annecy. In the case of a subscription to the insurance 'Breakage and theft', a deductible of 10% will be charged in any case. Punctures are not included in the insurance. Any other case is charged.

What are the methods and amounts of the deposit?

We accept credit cards (except AMEX) and cash for deposits. For electric bikes, the deposit is 300€ per bike.

Can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel free of charge up to 48h before the activity date. No refund is possible within 48 hours before the departure date. You can also ask for a postponement of your reservation at no cost.

What happens in case of rain?
Don't forget to check the weather forecast. Annecy has a mountain climate. We can provide you with ponchos.

Everyone is welcome at Mobilboard. Our reservations are guaranteed from 1 person.
