Opt for the comfort of an electric bike. For this 2-hour rental, you can enjoy the lakefront comfortably on our electric bikes without worrying about running out of battery. The autonomy is big enough to make a round trip on the bike path of the lake or to make a tour in town.
With Mobilboard, renting an electric bike is also comfortable thanks to a soft saddle. If you wish to rent an electric bike for a short period of time, the reservation is only done in the store. To take full advantage of Lake Annecy's bike path, we recommend 4-hour bike rentals or daily rentals.

Can I book in advance ?
The bike tour of Lake Annecy is one of the must-do's of our beautiful region. Electric bike rentals for 2 or 4 hours are only available in the store on the same day.
What to do in case of a puncture or breakdown ?
Our bike rental packages do not include assistance. We advise you to call us and come back to our store in Annecy. In the case of a subscription to the insurance 'Breakage and theft', a deductible of 10% will be charged in any case. Punctures are not included in the insurance. Any other case is charged.
What are the methods and amounts of the deposit?
We accept credit cards (except AMEX) and cash for deposits. For electric bikes, the deposit is 300€ per bike.

Can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel free of charge up to 48h before the activity date. No refund is possible within 48 hours before the departure date. You can also ask for a postponement of your reservation at no cost.
