Departure guaranteed and maintained in case of rain or snow.
Any delay of 15 minutes is considered as a cancellation and cannot be refunded.

Meeting point at the Tournai tourist office.
Check-in 15 minutes before departure.
Flat shoes and casual clothes are recommended.
Dress according to the time of day and the time of year.
In winter, coat, softshell jacket and gloves are recommended.
If it rains, we go out with a raincoat.

Criteria for participation
Minimum age required for Segway gyropod: 14 years old.
All participants under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Minimum weight: 45 kilos.
Maximum weight: 118 kilos.
This tour is not accessible to pregnant women.
This tour is not recommended for people with inner ear problems.
