Visit Lyon: 3 good reasons to take a Gyropod tour

As you know, we have a special affection for Lyon. Beyond being a little (a lot) chauvinistic about our city, Lyon has a particular atmosphere, an Italian way of life, a dynamic economy like 'Silicon Valley' and an exceptional heritage. So we thought it was important to tell you why we chose to take guided tours on a gyropod.

Far from a so-called "mass" tourism, don't think that the groups you sometimes see on the sidewalks or the bike paths are visitors who came to see the essential in just 1 hour! The idea: that everyone can enjoy these spaces in complete safety.

3. To discover a new sensation

And that's where it gets interesting. With the gyropod, you will really discover a new sensation, rather close to sliding. That's why visiting the city with this soft mode of transport makes sense: the city passes in front of us and we can go almost everywhere! How does it work? Honestly, between us, nothing very complicated: the hands on the handlebars, a foot then the second on the platform, we stabilize ourselves and there is not more than to rock its weight on the front or on the back if we want to advance or to stop. It is really very ludic and especially, accessible!
