Can I cancel my reservation?

Reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. You can request a postponement of your reservation at no charge.

Can I book in advance?

Cycling around the city is one of Lyon's must-do activities. We recommend that you book your bike rental for the day directly online. Of course, you can also come to our branch in Vieux-Lyon to choose.

What to do in the event of a puncture or breakdown?

Our bike rental packages do not include assistance. We advise you to call us and come straight back to the agency. All breakages are invoiced.

What are the methods and amounts of the security deposit?

We only accept credit cards (except AMEX). For comfort bikes, the deposit is €200 per bike.
