Can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. You can request a postponement of your reservation at no charge.
Can I book in advance?
Cycling around the city is one of Lyon's must-do activities. We recommend that you book your electrically-assisted bike rental for the day directly online. Of course, you can also drop in at our branch in Vieux-Lyon.
What to do in the event of a puncture or breakdown?
Our bike rental packages do not include assistance. We advise you to call us and come back to our store in Lyon. If you take out 'Breakage and theft' insurance, a 10% deductible will be charged in all cases. Punctures are not included in the insurance. All other cases will be billed.
What are the deposit methods and amounts?
We accept credit cards (except AMEX), cash and cheques for deposits. The deposit is €300 per cargo bike.
