La Rochelle is a city steeped in history, with a heritage that has made it famous for thousands of years. From this past, a historic event that took place in 1628 has left an indelible mark on the city. This Escape Game will take you there!

In 1628, when La Rochelle had been under siege for several months by Cardinal de Richelieu on the orders of King Louis XIII, the population was decimated by famine... The last inhabitants of the city still able to fight, the "Insoumis", decided to carry out a last-chance operation. They will attempt to steal the Red Cardinal's secret plans.

These highly strategic plans show the positions of the King's army encircling La Rochelle... Access to these positions is the only way to bypass them and supply the city.

While the Insoumis achieved the impossible by stealing the Cardinal de Richelieu's plans, as they fled they were ambushed and killed...But the last of them found the strength to hide the Cardinal's precious plans and indicate their position using a code he engraved on a symbolic site.
