Can I cancel my reservation?
Reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. You can request a postponement of your reservation at no charge.
Can I book in advance?
Cycling in Annecy is one of the region's must-do activities. We recommend that you book your electrically-assisted bike rental for the day directly online. We do not take online bookings for 2-hour and 4-hour (half-day) packages.
What to do in the event of a puncture or breakdown?
Our bike rental packages do not include assistance. You can call us to inform us of a breakdown (breakage, puncture) or theft, but you must return by your own means.All breakages are invoiced.
What are the methods and amounts of the security deposit?
We only accept credit cards (except AMEX). For comfort bikes, the deposit is €200 per bike.
